this amount of time. The WS controller will indicate
that the compressor is precooling the dryer. Once
this period is over, the compressor operates
normally, and the dryer runs continuously.
Dewpoint High Warning Temperature—This is set
to 50 degrees F (15 degrees C) default whenever
integrated dryer operation is initially selected. The
warning functions become active when the dryer is
running. A dryer warning occurs if temperature
cannot be brought below this temperature. If the
temperature remains 5 degrees higher than this
setting, the dryer will stop and the controller will
record a high temperature fault or warning.
Separator offset—This setting will be adjusted to a
model-specific setting whenever integrated dryer
operation is initially selected. This is a duplicate of
the adjustment shown on the "Admin" Display, and is
presented here for convenience when setting up a
dryer. Set this for the additional drop in pressure
from the dryer.
Digital Output 7—This setting will be adjusted to a
"Dryer Running" function whenever integrated dryer
operation is initially selected. This is a duplicate of
the adjustment shown on the "Admin" Display, and is
presented here for convenience when setting up a
dryer. This is the proper setting if the dryer control is
wired to digital output 7 of the WS controller. If the
dryer is controlled by other means, this relay is free
to be used to signal other information. This setting
will be adjusted to an "Alarm" function whenever
integrated dryer operation is disabled.
