8. Turn the controller power off, then click “OK”
to confirm.
9. To verify, restore power and reconnect to
controller. Pull the Emergency Stop button,
and clear the controller fault. Verify machine
information (refer to Section 4.3).
Once a controller has been commissioned, it can be
used to control and monitor the operation of the
compressor and log new compressor operation data.
Parameters set during commissioning can be later
adjusted by the end user to customize the
compressor for a specific application.

7.4 MAINTENANCE DISPLAY
The Maintenance Display at the Administrator level
displays the same warning and maintenance
information as at the User level (Refer to Section
4.5). The Administrator level Maintenance display
includes additional functions that allow the
administrator to view the maintenance information in
greater detail and to reset the service and warning
messages. See Figure 7-7. The additional functions
of the administrator level Maintenance display are
described below.
“Warning History” button—When selected,
presents a table displaying a history of the 16 most
recent warning occurrences.
“Maintenance History” button—When selected,
presents a table displaying a history of the 16 most
recent service reminders.
“Reset” buttons—Resets warning messages and
service reminders. Click a “Reset” button next to a
warning or service reminder to delete the message
from the list and clear it from the WS Controller
display. “Reset All” button – Clears all warning
messages and resets all service reminders. Click
“Reset All” at the bottom of the list of warnings or
service reminders to clear all the messages in the
respective list.
Service Interval fields—Allows intervals for “Hours
To Next” recommended service to be set. The
intervals are entered into fields of the “Hours To
Next” box in the right-hand column. When a service
interval is changed, the change does not become
affective until the “Reset All” button under
Recommended Service is clicked (Refer to Figure 7-
7). When a service interval has expired, the related
service reminder message will appear in a field of the
Recommended Service box. A service interval set to
zero (0) will disable the service reminder for that
item.
