Rotate handle on base to open the Belt Tensioning Arm all the way up.
Remove LATCH straps from LATCH storage.
Extend the strap to its longest length.

BEFORE installing base, make sure vehicle is on
level ground. Place base on an approved LATCH
vehicle seating location.
