Your Prodigy comes with a registration card
(fig. 1) that contains important information
regarding your child restraint – mail it in today!
Child restraints could be recalled for safety
reasons. You must register this restraint to be
reached in a recall. Send your name, address,
email address if available and the restraint’s
model number and manufacturing date to

Notice of Expiration Date
To prevent injury due to deterioration or hidden
damage, do not use this child restraint after the
expiration date or if it has been in a crash. (see
“Re-Use After a Crash” section of this User
Guide for more information).There are three (3)
locations where the expiration date can be found:
