Use Recommendations
Children should remain rear-facing until
they have reached a minimum of 1 year of
age AND weigh at least 20 pounds (9kg).
Summer Infant and the American
Academy of Pediatrics recommend
keeping children rear-facing for AS LONG
AS POSSIBLE. It is best for children to
ride rear-facing to the highest weight or
height allowed by the manufacturer.
Use this infant child restraint with children who
meet ALL of the following requirements:

of this User Guide for more detailed instructions
for fitting your child to this infant seat.
Discontinue use of the child restraint if
your child does not meet ALL of the
