      If the PTZ function of your SUNBA Security Camera isn't working correctly, there could be several reasons: 1. A faulty RS485 cable might be the issue. Try using another twisted pair, a different Ethernet cable, or tightening the connector. 2. The RS485 polarity could be incorrect. Try switching the order of the pair to match the +/- of the RS485 ports. 3. A loose belt during transportation could be the cause. You may need to tighten the tilt and pan belt (contact SUNBA for instructions). 4. Ensure the RS485 connector is functional. 5. Verify that the camera has the correct corresponding address set in Main Menu->PTZ Config of the DVR, referring to the 'Address Setting' Chapter.
