PROBLEM POTENTIAL CAUSE SOLUTION
Undercooked
Foods
Too much food was
placed in cooking
basket
To ensure proper cooking, all food must be
exposed to the air coming from the fan.
Always arrange food in a single layer and
allow enough space between food pieces so
the air can go through. Shake or flip the food
thoroughly to ensure even cooking.
Incorrect time /
temperature setting
Some pre-set times are intended for thawed
foods (i.e. meat and fish) and they might not
be enough to fully cook frozen pieces. Follow
