600gfrozenmangocheeks,roughlychopped
1½tablespoonslimejuice,cold
1.Heatthewaterandsugarinasmall
saucepanoveralowheatuntilthesugar
hasdissolved.Bringmixturetotheboil
andcookfor1minute.Removefromheat
andrefrigerateuntilcold.
