Quick Mango Sorbet Makes

1cup(250ml)water
1cup(220g)castersugar
600gfrozenmangocheeks,roughlychopped
1½tablespoonslimejuice,cold
1.Heatthewaterandsugarinasmall
saucepanoveralowheatuntilthesugar
hasdissolved.Bringmixturetotheboil
andcookfor1minute.Removefromheat
andrefrigerateuntilcold.
2.Usingtheprocessingbowlfittedwiththe
universal ‘s’ blade,processallingredients
untilsmooth.
3.Spoonmixtureintoaloafpan,coverand
freezeforabout1houroruntilfirm.
