De-energize the transformer before operating the Tap Changer.
Verify that the tap changer is in a correct and firmly position preventing any
unwanted displacement.

8.8 Oil Level Indicator
Oil level gauge is a device that has a float that is in direct contact with the insulating liquid,
and it allows to know which is the nominal level, minimum level and maximum level allowed
in the transformer operation.
