Touchpad Lock
The touchpad can be locked or unlocked in either ON or OFF mode.
The touchpad lock can be activated from the home screen by touching and holding the key for five
seconds. The padlock symbol will be displayed at the top of the screen when the touch screen lock is
active. To disable the lock, simply press and hold the key again for five seconds.
Fault Indicator
If a fault occurs on the heat pump, the controller will display a blinking fault indicator triangle at the top
right-hand corner of the screen.
If your heat pump displays an E03 error message, this indicates that there is no
water flowing through the unit.
If your pool filter pump is currently switched off, this error code is completely normal
and the heat pump will automatically resume operation once water begins flowing
again.
In most cases, an E03 error message can be disregarded and is simply an
indicator that your filter pump is not currently running.
Unit will resume normal operation once the filter pump is switched back on.
