CHECK POINTS FOR REGULAR INSPECTIONS
1) Clean, oil and grease the recommended points and parts on a regular basis.
2) Inspect the tension of each drive belt.
3) The following problems can occur if the machine is not inspected regularly.
* Corrosion of P/C circuit board
* Damage on semi-conductor of the P/C circuit board
* Abnormal operation of the floppy disk drive.
* Defective connecter contacts.
* Insufficient oil and grease can cause abnormal wear on machine parts.
CLEANING
Use a compressor to clean the machine.
CAUTION
Observe the machine safety and electrical rules during inspections.
Before inspecting or cleaning, turn the machine power off.
Use a compressor to clean each part.
Hook
Clean around the hook every day.
