      If your Sunwave Tech. SRC-3000 Remote Control isn't operating a device, ensure the desired device key on the LCD panel is selected. Try moving closer to the device, as the maximum operating distance is approximately 30 feet. Also, make sure you're aiming the remote directly at the device without any obstructions. Verify that programming, either through the learning function or manufacturer codes, was done correctly and re-teach the key.

      If IR learning isn't successful on your Sunwave Tech. Remote Control, replace the batteries in both the remote and the device remote you are trying to configure. Keep the distance between the two remotes about 2~4 inches. Avoid using the learn function near an incandescent lamp. Note that the memory capacity is 56 keys for each of eight models. If you still can’t control your AV devices after successful learning, repeat the learning procedure again. If the problem persists, the original remote might not be compatible with the learning procedure.
