Troubleshooting Tables
Problem Solution
LCD does not show anything
when you touch it.
Batteries may be dead.
Replace the batteries with
three new AAA alkaline
batteries (page 7).
Check that the batteries
are properly installed.
The SRC-3000 doesn’t operate
a device.
Make sure that the desired
device key on the SRC-3000
LCD panel has been
selected.
Move closer to the device.
The maximum operating
distance is approximately
30 feet.
Ensure that you are aiming
the SRC-3000 directly at the
device and that there are
no obstructions between
the SRC-3000 and the
device.
Ensure programming with
the learning function (page
18) or the manufacturer
codes has been properly
done.
Re-teach the key (page
14).
