Appendix C - Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
LCD does not show
anything when you
touch it or press the
rubber buttons.
Batteries may be dead. Replace the
batteries with 4 new AA Alkaline
Batteries. (page 6)
Check that the batteries are properly
installed.
The SRC-93 SERIES
doesn’t operate a
device.
Make sure that the desired device
screen on the SRC-93 SERIES LCD panel
has been selected.
Move closer to the device. The
maximum operating distance is
approximately 30 feet.
Ensure that you are aiming the SRC-93
SERIES directly at the device and that
there are no obstructions between the
SRC-93 SERIES and the device.
Ensure programming with the learning
function (page 20) or using the
manufacturer codes (page 17) has
been properly done.
Re-teach the button.
