FRONT WHEEL REMOVAL
1. Place the motorcycle on the side stand.
2. Loosen the axle holder bolt 1 on the
right front fork. Loosen the axle shaft 2
temporarily.
NOTE: A special tool is necessary to loosen
the axle shaft 2. The special tool is avail-
able from a Suzuki dealer.
WARNING
If the side stand/ignition interlock sys-
tem is not working properly, it is possi-
ble to ride the motorcycle with the side
stand in the down position. This may
interfere with rider control during a left
turn and could cause an accident.
Check the side stand/ignition interlock
system for proper operation before
riding. Check that the side stand is
returned to its full up position before
starting off.
