ENGINE COOLANT
The engine coolant in the radiator will
overflow to the engine coolant over-
flow tank when the engine overheats.
Overflowed engine coolant goes back
to the radiator when the engine cools.
If engine coolant remains in the
engine coolant overflow tank, replen-
ish the radiator with specified engine
coolant.
1. Turn the radiator cap counter-
clockwise and remove it.
2. Replenish the radiator with speci-
fied engine coolant described in
the FUEL, ENGINE OIL AND
COOLANT RECOMMENDATION
section. Engine coolant level must
be filled up to the bottom of the
inlet hole.
3. Tighten the radiator cap securely.
WARNING
Engine coolant is extremely hot
during and after engine operation.
You can be injured by scalding
fluid or steam if you open the radi-
ator cap when the engine is hot.
Do not open the radiator cap when
the engine is hot. Wait until engine
cools.
