Raising vehicle with garage jack
• Apply the garage jack (commercially
available) to one of the points indicated
below.
• Always support the raised vehicle with
jack stands (commercially available) at
the points indicated below.
(1) Front
(2) Rear
(3) Jack stand
(4) Garage jack
(5) Jacking point for garage jack
WARNING
As the vehicle may get damaged or
an accident may occur, observe the
following points.
• Observe the designated points
shown in the illustration.
• When holding the lifted vehicle, use
the jack stand.
• When jacking up the front side or
the rear side only, put a chock
(commercially available) on front
and back of the grounded tyre.
