6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
1. Make sure that the nano receiver has been
inserted into a USB port and its distance to
the mouse is less than 10 m.
2. Check whether the battery has been
installed correctly.
3. Check if the battery has run down, replace
the battery with a new one if necessary.
Install software to coordinate the mouse and
the receiver. Software can be downloaded
from Support on www.sven.fi
Problem
