If your SWF Sewing Machine experiences thread breaks, the issue might stem from several causes. The stitch may be too small or dense for the thread, requiring you to re-punch the design. Frequent breaks in the same spot suggest a need to re-punch after checking the design. An inadequate needle size for the thread calls for a needle change suitable for the thread type. A damaged needle (bent, dented, or worn) also necessitates a needle change. Incorrect needle installation (height, direction, etc.) requires re-installation. Lastly, a dirty needle (adhesive, etc.) suggests cleaning or changing both the needle and hook.
