7 TROUBLESHOOTING
The appliance should be inspected by a qualified professional at least once a year to ensure it is operating correctly, prolong its life and
make sure safety is optimised. This would normally involve:
- removing any rust on the burners;
- removing any build-up on the electrode;
- cleaning the combustion chamber;
- checking that the appliance switches on and off and operates correctly;
- checking fan operation;
- checking the air pressure switch;
- checking the flue outlets and air intake pipes.
