JW weighing scales operation manual REV: C1, June 2012 JW weighing scales operation manual
Press ZERO to confirm when display gets stable.
Display will be show previous calibration weight and start to blink
first digit, if necessary enter the calibration weight value by
pressing MODE and % keys.
Press ZERO to confirm, display will be showload
Place the load on the platform.
Press ZERO to confirm when display gets stable.
Calibration will be finish and will start to self test to come normal
weighing.
Note: Calibration weight should be 1/3
rd
of the scale capacity.
Linear Calibration
Turn on the scale and press TARE key during the self test..
Display will be shown p Cal”.
Press TARE key to select “p1 Lcal
Press ZERO to confirm, display will be showunld
Remove all weight from the platform.
Press ZERO to confirm when display gets stable.
Display will be show 1/3
rd
of the scale capacity
Place the calibration weight on the platform
Display will be show 2/3
rd
of the scale capacity
Place the calibration weight on the platform
Press ZERO to confirm when display gets stable.
Display will be show full of the scale capacity
Place the full capacity of the calibration weight on the platform.
Press ZERO to confirm when display gets stable.
Linear Calibration has finished and will start self test to come to normal
weighing.

1. INTRODUCTION
The JW series weighing scales are suitable for general weighing,
check weighing, parts counting, and percent weighing.

25 membrane keys
Rechargeable battery provide up to 70 hours of continues use
(without backlight)
Large 52mm LCD with white LED back light display.

To change weighing units in weighing mode.

To change display to weigh mode temporary in percent
mode

To select gross weight / net weight
PRINT
To send the data to PC or printer
MC
To clear accumulate weight .
MR
To show total accumulate recall memory
