• Autosampler Calibration via Instrument Control
a. Select Calibrate/
Autosampler from the
menu. The window
shown in the figure to
the right will be dis-
played.
b. Click the plus (+) sign to
display the types of cal-
ibration available.
2. Select the desired type of calibration from the list available.
• To calibrate both the sample tray and cell areas select Full auto cal.
• To calibrate the sample tray only select Tray auto cal.
• To calibrate the cell areas only select Cell auto cal.
• If you need to perform more refined calibrations, select any of the manual calibration functions.

3. Make sure you press the Save button when you have finished the desired calibration function.
After calibration is complete, you can perform a Cycle Test to test the calibrated positions.
