1 - 2 Oil - main gearbox
Check the oil level of the gearbox for every 80 hours of operation.
Oil level : Level plug A.

Type of oil : Order No. for 5 litres of oil: 99.417.575.
Amount of oil : Models 4024 - 4028 - 4032 - 4036 = 3.25 litres and models 4028 C - 4032 C -
4036 C = 3.75 litres.
Change of oil : Change the oil after about 10 hours of operation and thereafter at least once a
season. Plug B is the drain plug.

This transmission rotates a high speed - about 3000 r.p.m. Therefore, it is important
to use the correct type of oil. Otherwise overheating will occur and damage the
transmission. Such damage will invalidate the factory warranty.
At the rear of this manual page 77, "lubricants" are shown. Only use types of oil
marked H for transmissions with high r.p.m. Correct type of oil can be ordered, -
see order number above.
