GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
•Donotoperatetheengineinanenclosed
area without adequate ventilation.
•Ifnaturalventilationisnotpossible,install
ventilators, fans, exhaust extension pipes
or other venting devices.
Handling asbestos dust
Inhaling asbestos dust can cause lung
cancer. When handling the materials which
may contain asbestos, take the following
precautions:
•Never
usecompressedairforcleaning.
•Avoidbrushingorgrindingpartscontaining
asbestos.
•Forcleanup,useavacuumequippedwith
ahighefciencyparticulateairlter(HEPA).
•Wearthestipulatedrespiratorifthereisno
other way to control the dust. When
working indoors, install a ventilation system
with a macromolecular filter.
•Donotallowunauthorizedpersonnelinthe
work area while working.
•Followtherulesandenvironmental
standard applicable to the work area.
Be careful not to get crushed or cut
Never put your hands, feet or other parts of
your body between the upperstructure and
the undercarriage or tracks, between the
machine body and working equipment, or
between a cylinder and moving part. The
sizes of these gaps change when the
machine moves, and a person can suffer
severeinjuryordeath.
