Step 1
Prepare two quarts (1.9 liters) of an approved 100
PPM sanitizing solution (example: Kay--5R or Stera--
SheenR). USE WARM WATER AND FOLLOW THE
MANUFACTURER’S SPECIFICATIONS.
Step 2
Open the mix inlet cover on top of the freezer.

Sanitize your hands and the funnel. Install the
funnel into the mix inlet hole on top of the freezer.
