  If your Taylor Freezer isn't dispensing product, there are several potential causes. First, check if the power switch is in the “OFF” position and switch it to “AUTO”. Ensure the mix hopper has enough mix. If the beater motor overloaded, reset the freezer. Make sure the unit is plugged in and the push-button switch is pressed. Also, check the circuit breaker and fuse, setting the breaker to “ON” or replacing the fuse if necessary, then press the push-button switch. Verify the freezer door is correctly assembled according to the Operator’s Manual. Finally, if you're drawing product too quickly, stop and allow the unit to recover.

  If your Taylor Freezer won't operate in “AUTO” mode, begin by ensuring the unit is plugged in and the push-button switch is pressed. For T.Q.C. units, momentarily raise the draw switch to activate the refrigeration system. Check the circuit breaker and fuse, setting the breaker to “ON” or replacing the fuse if necessary, and then press the push-button switch. If the beater motor has overloaded, reset the freezer.

Next, ensure the air tube is correctly installed in the mix inlet hole at the bottom of the mix hopper. Finally, avoid drawing product faster than the freezer's capacity, which is two 4 oz. (113.4 gram) servings in one minute.
