5. Wipe the exposed surface of the release sheets with
a clean, sanitizer-soaked grill cloth.

6. Remove the release sheet clip, the release sheet
retainer, and the release sheet. Take them to the sink
area. Place the release sheet on a clean, flat surface
next to the sink.

7. Repeat steps 1 through step 6 for the remaining
upper platen(s).
8. Wash and rinse the clips and retainers in the sink.
Set them aside for future use.
9. Leave the release sheets on a clean, flat surface next
to the sink until further cleaning is performed. Do not
fold, crease, submerge in water, or place them on
sharp objects.

10. Scrape the lower grill surface with the grill scraper,
from front to back.

11. Use the wiper squeegee to push residual grease into
the grease cans.
