8.2 SAMPLING WITH TC 2290
Using Standard Prom 26.5
standard PROM version 26.5 offers only limited sampling possibilities
(hold/repeat function).
Sampling Option 1 Offers :
Using Keys:
Delay/Sample mode <SAMPLE>
with split memory possibility for
sample and delay functions so that
samples are not destroyed when using
delay.
Record/Edit <KEY A>
Record/Playback trig facilities:
Trig and re-,re-,retrig functions <LEARN> or
Remote trig or
Input signal level trigged <MOD> or
Midi trigged - playback only
Metronome trig
Edit sam-,-ampl-,samples <UP/DOWN> and/
or num. keyboard
Front and Rear edit of sample <KEY B>
Record multiple samples (max.100) and do
‘Punch in’ recordings
Multiple playback ‘windows’ of samples (presetable) |8|
Variable pitchshift on playback <SPEC.NO>
Up to 2 seconds tot. sample time without memory options
Up to 32 seconds total sample time with memory option.
Sampling option 2 adds:
Extended MIDI controls
MIDI keyboard trigged
and controlled pitchshift sample playbacks (w.keyboard splits)
