Are valves (2-way
or 3-war) close?
Full open stop valves
Does compressor
rotates?
Does compressor
rotates more than
30 seconds?
Check IPM lead
wire (UVW)
Is IPM PWB floating
from the heat sink?
Fix IPM PWB with screws
securely.
Check the AC power
supply voltage when
compressor rotate.(rated
voltage±10%)
Check IPM short
circuit.
Modify the connection of
compressor lead wire on
PWB
Replace PWB.
Cooling mode?.
Check compressor
Modify compressor terminal
marking
Replace PWB
Does compressor
rotates?
Replace compressor
Check indoor
exchange sensor
and discharge
sensor
Modify or replace
the sensor
.
Check outdoor
exchange sensor
and discharge
sensor
Modify or replace
the sensor.
Check indoor
heat exchange
.
Check outdoor
