C. Place the assembly back onto the cap and align
the holes in the new seal with the holes in the
cap.
D. Install the four screws evenly back in to t

sembly. Before tightening the screws, ensur

hat the assembly is square to the cap (Figur

3).
E. Install the short rod through the push rod. Instal
l
one s
nap ring on one side of the short rod.
F. Install the latch. Slide the large pin through th
e
bac
k of the latch (Figure 7.4) with one snap rin
g
af
fixed to one end (Figure 7.5).

G. Install one washer between the flag and flag
assembly housing (Figure 7.6).

H. Install the spring on to the push rod and then
install the second washer (Figure 7.6).
I. Install another snap ring to lock the large pin in
place. Refer to Figure 7.5.
