Condition: After Daily Financial Reset and Periodical Financial Reset
(After Daily Department Reset and Periodical Department Reset when the program option
“Department Report separately issued from Financial Report” has been selected)
Programming Procedure:
NOTES: 1 . All the departments including Other Income Department and Negative Status Department
can be classified into groups.
2. When 0 is entered as a group code, the group corresponding to the department will be
reset.
Department Group Program Receipt Format:
To program the department groups as shown below:
• Dept. 1 (MEAT) and Dept. 2 (FISH) belong to Group 1
• Dept. 3 (DRINK) and Dept. 4 (BAKERY) belong to Group 2
• Dept. 5 and Dept. 6 belong to Group 3
