2.18.2 Environmental conditions for operation
CAUTION! The general operation of the ma -
chine is ensured by observing the specied
environmental conditions for operation.
For the machine to work correctly it must be positioned
according to the following requirements:
kept away from heat sources,
kept out of direct sunlight,
kept away from air conditioning systems,
placed in a dust-free environment.
The environmental operating conditions are shown in the table
below.
Ambient temperature: +16 °C (min.) / +30 °C (max.)
Relative humidity: 55 %

PROHIBITION! The machine must not operate
in rooms classied as environments with ex-
plosive atmospheres or at risk of re.
3 TRANSPORTATION,HANDLING
AND UNPACKING
The following procedures must be performed only by
qualied personnel.

R290 gas is a HIGHLY FLAMMABLE refriger -
ant. During the operations of unloading and
moving the showcase, pay particular attention
to not damage the refrigerant circuit.
This chapter oers all the technical information needed far
instalment operations, in accordance with the regulations in
farce. The installation and test of proper display case operation
must be carried out by qualied personnel in full respect of the
regulations in force and of the attached assembly instructions.
In the event of installations that do not comply with the
recommended installation, TECFRIGO SPA
declines any responsibility far persona I injuries and/or
property damage.
3.1 TRANSPORTATION AND HANDLING
Handling procedures must be performed by
qualied personnel and in accordance with
the safety regulations in force.
During transportation, always keep the ma
chine in the position indicated by the arrow on
the packaging.
Ensure that the forks do not strike the body of
the machine. In the event of accidental impact,
immediately check for any damage; if neces
sary, contact the manufacturer.
3.2 REQUIREMENTS OF PERSONNEL
No special requirements are required by personnel assigned
to this task. It is, however, recommended that those who
habitually use lifting and transportation equipment carry out
this procedure.
3.3 MACHINE PACKAGING
Remember that since cardboard packing is
used, it is subject to the action of atmospheric
agents (direct light, rain, snow, etc.). There
fore, the display cases must be stored in a dry
indoor area.
The machine is supplied normally packed in cardboard secured
with strapping to a pallet (Fig. 3).
Other types of packaging may be supplied according to the
destination and/or needs of the customer.
The display case has packaging a round it to protect it during
shipment and/or storage, comprised of (Fig. 3):
cardboard case ;1
a wooden pallet .3
