pull

mounting
the

IC,
apply
silicone

pound

equivalent
heat
diffuser)
to
the
rear
side
of
power
IC,

follow
the
steps

Unsolder
from
chip
by
using
solder
sucker.

Remove
chip
with
tweezers
by
rotating
it
while
remov-

solder

Solder
circuit
board
first
and
then
solder
chip
in
the
direction
of
the
arrow
as
shown
in
Fig.
8.
Notes:
1.
Do
not
use
chip
again
which
is
removed
from
printed
circuit
board.
2.
Use
lead
wire
with
insulator
for
replacement
instead
of
pee
chip
jumper.
