  If you cannot play a second encrypted channel on your TechniSat TV Receiver, the two selected channels may not be located on the same transponder. Select two channels that are located on the same transponder. Also, CI dual encryption may not be switched on, so switch on CI dual encryption. Finally, the CI/CI+ module being used may not be "Dual Decrypt" compatible, so use a "Dual Decrypt" compatible module.

Hold down the On/Stand-by button on the receiver or the remote control for approximately 5 seconds. Also, disconnect the mains plug for about 5 seconds, then reconnect the receiver. As a last resort, perform a Flash-Reset: Remove the mains adapter, press and hold Standby and the up arrow key while reinserting the adapter, keep holding for 5 seconds, then release. Note: this will reset all personal settings.
