Select two channels that are located on the same transponder. Also, CI dual encryption may not be switched on, so switch on CI dual encryption. Finally, the CI/CI+ module being used may not be "Dual Decrypt" compatible, so use a "Dual Decrypt" compatible module.

Hold down the On/Stand-by button on the receiver or the remote control for approximately 5 seconds. Also, disconnect the mains plug for about 5 seconds, then reconnect the receiver. As a last resort, perform a Flash-Reset: Remove the mains adapter, press and hold Standby and the up arrow key while reinserting the adapter, keep holding for 5 seconds, then release. Note: this will reset all personal settings.
