Why a second encrypted channel will not play on TechniSat TV Receiver?
    • S
      Sean ThompsonSep 23, 2025
If a second encrypted channel will not play on your TechniSat TV Receiver, the two selected channels may not be on the same transponder; select two channels that are on the same transponder. Also, the CI dual decryption may not be switched on; switch on CI dual decryption. The CI-/CI+ module used may not be Dual Decrypt compatible; use a "Dual Decrypt" compatible module.

What to do if my TechniSat TV Receiver has no picture or sound but the display is on?
    • T
      Tyler ZavalaAug 23, 2025
If your TechniSat TV Receiver has no picture or sound but the display is on, it could be due to a short circuit in the LNB connection. Switch off the receiver, resolve the short circuit, and then switch the receiver back on. Another cause could be a faulty or missing cable connection, so check all cable connections. The LNB itself may be defective and need replacement. Ensure that you have installed the correct external unit at the receiver; if not, correct the settings. Also, make sure your antenna is correctly adjusted.
