Using the equipment
Handgrips (B) should be chest high. Adjust the seat height by lifting the lever (A)
under the front of the seat. To lower the seat you can remain seated; un-weight the
seat to raise it.
Select the workload with the pin (C).
Rest your back flat against the backrest.
Set the position of the handgrips according to your joint mobility and grasp the
handgrips (B) symmetrically.
