  If your Technomate Receiver's remote controller isn't working, first, try replacing the batteries. If that doesn't solve the issue, fluorescent lights might be interfering with the signal; try switching them off. Make sure you're aiming the remote directly at the receiver. If the problem persists, the remote type might be incorrectly selected. To fix this, go to the password settings, enter '0000', navigate to the bottom of the page, and change the remote type to either type 1 or type 2. Alternatively, you can change the RCU Type without the remote by pressing the Front Key LEFT + EXIT 7 times.
