bandwidth of the Speed-control loop.
Without causing vibration or noise Speed-loop-gain can be
increased to obtain a faster speed response.
If Cn025 (load Inertia ratio) is set correctly, the
speed-loop-bandwidth will equal to speed-loop-gain.
