ADDITIONAL FEATURES
Standard Use
• For a balanced, full-body workout, use
both your arms and legs to power
the FreeStep
.
• Adjust the handles to the outward
position. Adjust the Seat Height so your
knees are at a slight angle during the
maximum downward pedal position.
Align the Seat Back to support a straight,
upright posture.
Water Bottle Holder Device Holder
Legs Only
• Target and tone leg muscles by
powering the FreeStep
with only
your legs.
• Adjust the Seat Height so your knees are
at a slight angle during the maximum
downward pedal position. Align the Seat
Back to a slightly reclined position to
target the glutes and quadriceps. Hold
onto the Seat Handles behind the Seat.
Arms Only
• Target and tone arm muscles by
powering the FreeStep
with only
your arms.
• Adjust the handles to the inward position.
Adjust the Seat Height so your knees are
at a slight angle while feet are resting on
the Console Front Support Bar. Align the
Seat Back to support a straight, upright
posture. Target triceps with an overhand
grip as shown, or switch to an underhand
grip to target biceps.
