Getting Your APP Ready.
But before you install the app, make sure you've checked the following:
1. Ensure that the Bluetooth service is turned on in the mobile or tablet where
you plan to install the app.
2. Make sure that the location service is also turned on.
3. Stay within a close distance of your charger (less than 5 meters) to allow the
Bluetooth signal to be detected.
4. Make sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi signal at the location where you have
the charger Installed.
5. Ensure that your mobile device is linked to your household Wi-Fi signal.
Please note that only a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal is accepted.
6. Keep your household Wi-Fi password handy before you start configuring the
charger network.
Download "MyTeison" from the App Store, for your iOS, Android, or Harmony
device after you power on your Newly installed EV Charger.
