Balance Node
The Balance Node provides short circuit protection for
all semi-regulated and regulated DC voltages. It also
provides over current protection for the H.V. winding of
T1960 and beam current protection for the CRT. Pin 2 of
U1910 is the input to the voltage balance amplifier. If the
voltage at pin 2 of U1910 is more positive than +200 mV or
