Taking Simple Measurements
If you need to see a sign al in a circuit, but
you do not know the signal amplitude o r
frequency, connect the probe from chann el 1
of the oscilloscope to the signal. Then display
the signal and measure its frequency and
peak-to-peak amplitude.
