Viewing Analog Characteristics of Digital Waveforms
iCapture allows you to view the analog characteristics of digital channel signals. Additional measurement capabilities are
available while viewing the analog characteristics o f a waveform. iCapture is a vailable o n M SO 70000/C Series instruments.
1. Select Vertical > Vertical Setup.
2. Press the D
igital Input iCapture button.
3. Click Di
gital Source and select a digital
channel to send through the analog
input.
