You will need a pair of needle-nose pliers to remove the flip feet.
Removal. To remove the flip feet, refer to Figure 6--3 and follow these steps:
1. Place the oscilloscope face down on a soft surface such as an anti-static mat.
2. Grip the flip foot with the pliers as close to the notches as possible and
squeeze gently on the foot.
3. Twist slightly to swing one hinge free of the slot.
To remove foot, squeeze at notches
and swing one hinge free of slot
To install foot, place hinge of
foot into one slot, then
swing other hinge into place
