Tips:
- When you have highlighted a recording on the Recorder home screen or are viewing a recording's
details, you can press the right soft key to view the available options such as Delete, Share,
Rename, Save as ringtone, and Save to music library.
- To change the recording quality, from the Recorder home screen, press the right soft key , select
Settings > Recording Rate, and select 8K or 44K.
24.4 Unit Converter
You can use the Unit Converter app to easily convert a value from one measurement unit to another,
e.g. from Celsius to Fahrenheit or from meters to feet. The available measurement unit types are
area, length, speed, temperature, volume, and weight.
As an example, to convert -5.5 degrees from Fahrenheit to Celsius, follow the steps below:
1. From the Unit Converter home screen, press the down or up navigation key until Temperature is
highlighted and press
OK
.
2. Press the down navigation key to highlight the Fahrenheit eld.
3. Press the 5 key, the key, the 5 key, and the key to enter -5.5. The temperature in Celsius
automatically appears in the Celsius eld.
4. You can press the right soft key to clear the current value and enter a new one.
Tip: After you have selected a measurement unit type such as Length from the Unit Converter home
screen, you can change the unit for either input eld by pressing
OK
and selecting a different unit
such as km from the list.
25. MEMORY CLEANER
You can use the Memory Cleaner app to automatically remove unnecessary les (e.g. temporary
les created by the web browser) from your phone memory and free up some space. We recommend
that you use this app to clean up your phone memory on a regular basis to improve your phone's
performance. Note: This app will not clean up your micro-SIM card and microSD card.
To open the Memory Cleaner app, use either of the following methods:
- Go to MENU > Memory Cleaner.
- From the home screen, long press and select Memory Cleaner from the list.
This app provides the following two memory cleanup options:
- Basic Memory Cleanup: This type of cleanup removes only the most common unnecessary les
from your phone memory and takes less than one minute to complete depending on the amount
of les to remove.
- Deep Memory Cleanup: This type of cleanup removes all unnecessary les from your phone
memory and can take several minutes to complete depending on the amount of les to remove.
After the cleanup is completed, you will be prompted to enter the PIN code for the installed micro-
SIM card.
