HOW TO VIEW AN EMAIL
• Open the Menu screen and navigate to Messages. Select Email and use
the direction keys to open your Inbox to retrieve new emails.
HOW TO SET UP AUTOMATIC RETRIEVAL
• Open the Menu screen and navigate to Email. Use the direction keys to
open Settings then select Automatic Retrieval.
• Set your required time interval to check for new Email messages.
WHAT ARE USER FOLDERS?
User folders can be used to file your incoming SMS, MMS and Email
messages. To do this:
• Open the Menu screen and navigate to Email. Scroll down and select
User folder.
• You can rename your folders if you like eg Work, Personal etc.
• From a downloaded message press Options, Move to User Folder to
save the Email in a particular folder.
