TEMOSAS(TEMO)guaranteesyourproduct,theTEMO

anydefectinpartsandworkmanship,foraperiodof2(two)yearsfrom
thedateofdeliverytotherstuser.
UndertheWarranty,TEMOcarriesout,atitsownexpense,therepair
orreplacementofthedefecveproduct,andifappropriate,proceeds
withthereimbursement.Inthecaseofrepair,defecvesparepartsare
replacedbyneworrecondionedparts.Replacedsparepartsarethe
propertyofTEMO,whilereplacementsparepartsbecometheproperty
oftheuser.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
aTheupkeepoftheproductanditsmaintenanceasaresultofnor-
mal wear.
bAnyadaptaonoftheproductthatwouldbenecessaryforthe
purposesofcompliancewiththetechnicalorsafetystandardsap-
plicableinacountryotherthanthatforwhichtheproductwasori-
ginallydesignedandmanufactured.
cDeterioraonoftheproductresulngfrom:
1.Improperuseorinstallaonoftheproduct(usenotconform
withthatforwhichtheproductisintended,installaonoruse
thatdoesnotcomplywithTEMO’sinstrucons,orthetechnical
orsafetystandardsinforceinthecountrywhereitisused,etc.).
2.Product maintenance not in accordancewith TEMO’sins-
truconsornegligenceinproductmaintenance.
3.Improper handling or treatment of the product (inappro-
priateoperaon,dropping,shocksetc.)orinappropriateenvi-
ronment (poor venlaon, vibraons, exposure to excessive
heat,inadequatepowersupplyetc.).
4.Useoftheproductwithanincompableordefecveproduct
oraccessory.
5.Modicaonorrepairoftheproductwasnotcarriedoutbya
serviceproviderapprovedbyTEMO.
6.Acaseofforcemajeure,disaster(re,ood,etc.),lightning,etc.
The Warranty applies exclusively in the territory of delivery of the
TEMOproductsdistributedbyTEMOSASorinthecountryofregistra-
onofitsdistributors'headoce.
CONDITIONS FOR IMPLEMENTING THE WARRANTY

onoftheWarranty:
-Thereferenceofyourproduct.
-Theserialnumberofyourproduct.
-Adescriponofthedysfunconencountered.
-Proofofpurchaseofyourproduct.
-Photos,ifapplicable.
Inaddiontotherightsunderthiswarranty,thebuyerhaslegalwarranty
rightsagainstthedistributorwhicharenotrestrictedbythiswarranty.
