5.5 Beamforming
Beamforming is a radio wave technology written into IEEE 802.11ac standard. With beamforming,
the router transmits radio signal in the direction of the client, thus creating a stronger, faster and
more reliable wireless communication.
To access the page, log in to the web UI of the router and choose Wireless Settings >
Beamforming.
The following figure shows the wireless transmission when Beamforming is disabled.
