Solution
• There is not enough draught in the chimney
• Makesurethestovehassucientair(perhapsopenwindow)
• Turn of the extractor fan even if it is on in another room. If it is not possible to turn of the
extractor fan then make sure to let in some air (e.g open window).
3.7.4. Putting on new rewood
• Whentherehasburnedtoembersput2to3piecesofwoodinthestove.weightapprox.
1,5 – 2 kg.
• Use a glove
• If the wood has the right water content it will start to burn after approx. 20 to 45 seconds.
• To make sure that no soot and tar is formed in the chimney, only use wood with a water
content between 15 and 20%. The water content can be measured with a moisture meter.
• The maximum load is approx. 155mm over the cast iron grate (where the air inlet list is in
the back of the chamber)

3.7.5. The setting change when moving from lighting to general operation
• Whenbrightandyellowamesappearonthelogsinthere,thedoormustbeclosed,and
the air control handle must be placed in the normal working range (In the middle). The stove
is now regulated in the normal working area controlled (From the middle to the left).
• If an slower burning is desired, the air control handle can be moved towards the left side, but
itmayNOTbeplacedfullytotheleftasitwillstoptheairow.
• To maintain an good combustion and a good draft in your chimney, it may be an good idea to
watchthetemperatureofyouruepipe,ifpossible.
Withauepipethermometerplacedapp.1m.abovethestove,ontheuepipe,youcan
easily monitor the temperature. The temperature should be between 100°C and 300°C.

3.7.6. Relighting when the stove is in operation
• When the wood has burnt to embers carefully open the door and add 2-3 pieces of wood
(1,5-2kg.)
• Close the door and control the stove with the air control handle. If extra air is needed open
