Cleaning the Inlet Hose Filter
This lter is located at the end of the inlet hose.
Failure to keep this lter clean will result in inecient
evaporative cooling and could cause a complete loss
of cooling. Brush out the lter mesh with a small soft
brush dipped in soapy water, rinse well and dry.
Be especially careful not to damage the lter and the
connecting hose when cleaning the lter.
Cleaning the Cooler Body
Brush any debris o the louvres and then wipe
them carefully with a damp cloth. Close the
louvers.
Gently clean the outer surfaces of the unit with
a soft, lightly dampened cloth - take care to
avoid water spilling onto the Control Panel and
into the unit. Dry with a dry cloth.
Never use chemical solvents, abrasives or
abrasive cloths to clean any part of the
unit.

Cleaning the Water Tank
To empty the water, you may either empty
the tank into the sink or use the drain plug
at the base. Place the tank over a drain or
outside the house and then open the drain
plug.
Let the water drain out. Wash the tank out
thoroughly with soapy water, rinse and dry.
Now replace the drain plug.
